WEBSITE OWNER NOTICE:  The Owner of this website, software service, and/or online service, in accordance with Company disclaimers and Privacy Policy located elsewhere on this site, will not give, sell, or otherwise transfer email addresses maintained by Company, except as contained in our Privacy Policy.

WHAT WE DO: We sell Massage Continuing Education based on commercially available textbooks with an online exam only.  Company does NOT stock, sell, package nor ship any textbooks or material from any source and you agree. You just order your own textbooks and/or study material from third party vendors including, but not limited to: Textbooks (New or Used), Online Material, DVD’s, Audio, Kindle or Nook versions. Company has no control of textbooks or availability of any material. We are strictly the CE provider offering NCBTMB approved exams to get your CE credits, which relies upon you obtaining the appropriate associated study material for each exam from third party vendors.

All study material that you must obtain for your courses, is listed inside your account under each course PRIOR to taking the online exam. Failure to purchase and/or obtain the appropriate study material is not the responsibility of Company, as this is your responsibility as the member.

Some of our course offerings may be future and current online courses, online CE testing, and online CE completion certificates and transcripts; however, to get credit to submit for your license renewal, (1) You must pass an exam, and (2) Your transcript is only for the first time you take a specific course.  You may take exams over and over unlimited, but the first time that you passed a course, that certificate can be used for renewal boards.  Your certificates are listed in order that you took them with no date next to them, with the exception of having an active membership and specifically clicking more details in your subscription membership account under “Courses & Exams”.

All courses and exams offered by MassageCEUnlimited.com are under Massage Brand by Edu Member, Inc. approvals and credentials.

Full Access Plan

  • 1 Year Access to Courses & Account from the date of purchase;
  • Access to all courses Massage CE Unlimited Offers;
  • Instant Certificate Upon Passing an Exam;
  • Unlimited Exam Retakes;
  • Optional: Automatic recurring payment for continued, uninterrupted access, but only if you select that option at checkout.

ONLINE EXAM TESTING ONLY:  All our courses are online exam testing only, unless you activate our Printable Exam option within your current active account option.  You can complete your continuing education hours on any stationary or mobile device regardless of your location.  When you order you are indicating that you already own the material OR are receiving the material elsewhere such as on Kindle, Nook, by renting, or buying Used or New Textbooks on your own.

EXCHANGES: We cannot and do not exchange courses, tests, or certificates and/or swap out courses between the Basic Plan and the Full Access Plan.

REFUNDS: There is a NO REFUND Policy. No refunds will be issued.

MAILING: We do not mail anything out.  (Paid options are available in your account)

RETURNS: We do not accept returns whatsoever.

EXTENSIONS:  We do not have extensions.  Once you purchase a membership, your membership is good for that time frame. If you do not auto renew, and wish to take courses after your expiration date then you must purchase a new membership plan which will then have a new expiration date.

CANCELLATION:  You may cancel your account at any time (note: We maintain any continuing education records in accordance with our
Privacy Policy located elsewhere on this website). Continuing Education purchases are billed for either the Basic Plan or Full access plan. You will be billed for the plan and options you selected during the checkout process. If you cancel your account, OR your account is cancelled, suspended, and/or terminated by Company, for any reason whatsoever, any account balance remaining (if any), any refund amount requested, and/or any purchase price already paid, and/or any subscription monthly billing (if any), and/or any prorated amount still left on the account (if any), will not be refunded and you agree.

Regular Membership Cancellation:  If you are not on Auto Renewal, as soon as you select and activate the “Cancel Button” inside your account, your membership and access to courses is cancelled immediately.  You will only have access to your completed certificates (no edited certificate will appear) and transcripts (Your transcript is only for the first time you take a specific course and your certificates are listed in order that you took them with no date next to them). Your account and access to courses can be reactivated at any time by purchasing a new membership for its specified duration based on current pricing at that time.

Auto Renewal Membership Cancellation: If you cancel in the middle of an Auto Renewal Subscription Period, (1) 1st Cancel is for billing as you will no longer be automatically billed and you will still have full access to the end of your original billing period. (2) Upon the 2nd Cancel button submission (if you select the cancel button after your auto-renewal has been cancelled) then your membership and access to courses will be cancelled immediately.  You will only have access to your completed certificates (no edited certificate will appear) and transcripts (Your transcript is only for the first time you take a specific course and your certificates are listed in order that you took them with no date next to them). Your account and access to courses can be reactivated at any time by purchasing a new membership for its specified duration based on current pricing at that time.

NUMBER OF QUESTIONS:  Tests have only 5 questions per course hour as required and reviewed by the NCBTMB.  For example, a 3-hour course has 15 questions.  A passing score is 70% or above.

TIME TO TAKE TEST:  You have six months for the Basic Plan (roughly 180 days) and one year (1), (365 days) for the Full Access Plan, to complete any test from purchase date.

TEST ATTEMPTS:  You have unlimited test attempts.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: The Unlimited program has limited customer service.  Email is the only option at this time.  Phone, Chat, and Mail support is not available.  Computer and browser support is not available.  Please allow up to 5 business days for a response (actual response times are often sooner).

PASSWORD RESET:  If you lose and/or forget your password to log-in to your account, Please use the RESET PASSWORD OPTION at the log-in
screen.  You do not need customer service help in most cases. If you lose and/or forget your Password, and/or if you have any questions and/or other needs to access or use your user/member account, Please Contact our Customer Service Team during posted Customer Service Hours by email only.  We reserve the right to reset passwords ONLY DURING POSTED CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS by email only.  This process may take up to 5 business days (actual response times are often sooner).
