Which Course Should I Take?
Popular Programs
Although every therapist is different, each with their own likes and dislikes. Here are a few of our most popular courses based on customers.
Applied Kinesiology
Dr. Frost includes a history of Biomechanics while demonstrating how they relate to Applied Kinesiology. Designed for the practitioner who is already familiar with certain modalities used in massage therapy.
Chair Massage Techniques
Mr. Brown starts by explaining what chair massage is and justifies the point that it is easier on the backs and hands of the therapists who practice it. This course also touches on some business aspects and ways to get more clients.
Facilitated Stretching
What makes this book so fantastic is that it not only discusses and demonstrates stretching done with a partner, but it also shows how one can stretch themselves on their own. There are step-by-step illustrated instructions that are easy to follow.
